With a specially designed bevel for the neck - the neck peg sits slightly higher than the bottle body peg.  Special bevels for the neck and body are turned into the peg for the O rings - packaged indiviually to avoid scratching the brushed surface. They are generally fixed to a backing plate with the 6mm machine screws that are included in the package along with fitting instructions.
